Driven by a passion to pour into the next generation, Armand founded Guided Men in 2014, a mentoring organization committed to developing young people into confident, purpose-driven leaders. Through this work, he has mentored middle and high school students and partnered with school systems including DeKalb County Public Schools and, currently, Gwinnett County Public Schools—serving both traditional and alternative school settings.
